  • Well, I want to tell you,,,,,,WOW, I have been making egg salad for over 50 years and this egg salad is NOT the kind our mother’s taught us to make! It is the best egg salad I have ever tasted! No kidding. When I first looked at the recipe I thought hhmmmm, bacon, paprika in egg salad? Well I tried it today for lunch and between my husband (the man who is afraid of trying anything that doesn’t involve lunch meat and some sort of potato) and myself we ate the whole bowl. I did make sandwiches and well need I say more. Try this recipe and you will never go back to the old fashioned way of making egg salad!
